Job summary

A food production company based in Johor Bahru is seeking a dedicated professional to drive OEM sales from identification of prospects to closing of deals. The position requires active participation in trade shows and collaboration with various departments to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include customer audits, report preparation, and market trend analysis. The ideal candidate will strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones, ensuring sustained growth in OEM sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, new leads, and follow through OEM projects from start to end.
  • Assist in developing plans and strategies to achieve local and international OEM sales volume.
  • Actively participate in trade shows to build networks with prospects.
  • Work closely with departments to close deals.
  • Attend and facilitate customer plant audits and product trials.
  • Prepare and update periodic reports for management.
  • Provide market trend updates to management.
  • Optimize key strategies to drive OEM sales.
  • Assist Business Development Manager in local and international OEM sales.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers.
Job description

Identify prospects, new leads and follow through OEM’s projects from start to end.

Assist to develop the plans and strategies to achieve local and international OEM sales volume.

Actively participate in trade shows, fairs and events to build rapid network connection with prospects leads.

Work closely with all departments including planner, R&D, QA, QC, Finance and Logistic to close deal.

Attend and facilitate customer’s plant audit, product trial etc.

Prepare and update periodic report for management review.

Sensitivity to market trends and provide updates to management.

Rack and optimize existing and new key strategies to drive OEM sales volume.

Work closely and assist Business Development Manager in local and international OEM sales.

Strengthen and develop existing OEM customers. Develop long-term mutual relationship with key customers via consistent business reviews.
