A dynamic technology company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a professional to manage their partner program and vendor procurement processes. Responsibilities include tracking partnership performance, supporting the sales cycle, and resolving operational issues. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, solid organizational and communication skills, along with basic data proficiency. 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. This role is key to maintaining efficiency and communication with partners and stakeholders.
Responsibility: Own the administration and tracking of the product partner program from launch to closure.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without letting details slip. This is the core of the role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to correspond professionally with vendors, internal teams, and partners, and document processes clearly.
Basic proficiency with data. This includes the ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track progress, create simple reports, and use filters and basic formulas.
