Job description
1. Partner Program Management & Tracking

Responsibility: Own the administration and tracking of the product partner program from launch to closure.

Key Activities:

  • Maintain the master list of targeted, notified, and enrolled partners.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program, such as the number of opportunities created, conversion rates and program closure status.
  • Generate regular progress reports on program performance for the Product Manager.
  • Act as the first point of contact for partner inquiries regarding program enrolment and status.
Vendor Quotation and Procurement Process

Responsibility: Manage the vendor quotation and procurement process to ensure timely product availability.

Key Activities:

  • Obtain final quotations from vendors.
  • Liaise with the Order Processing team to generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate issuance to vendors.
  • Proactively track shipment ETAs and communicate potential delays to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining basic stock-level visibility and alerting the Product Manager of low inventory or restocking needs.
Support the Sales Cycle

Responsibility: Support the sales cycle by facilitating deal registration, discounting, and accurate quotation preparation.

Key Activities:

  • Deal Registration: Assist the Product Manager in processing and submitting deal registrations through the partner portal or email to vendors.
  • Discount Management: Liaise with vendors to secure and document approved discounts for specific deals.
  • Quotation Preparation: Draft and prepare accurate customer quotations based on finalized pricing, discounts, and product configurations for Product Manager review and approval.
Operational Issue Resolution

Responsibility: Serve as a first-line responder for product-related operational issues, triaging problems and escalating when necessary.

Key Activities:

  • Monitor incoming operational issues from partners, customers or internal teams.
  • Triage issues by gathering initial information, documenting the problem and assessing urgency/impact.
  • Resolve straightforward issues directly and escalation complex or high-impact problems to the Product Manager with a clear summary and context.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or a related field.

Experience (1-2 years): Any prior experience in a coordinated, fast-paced environment is valuable.

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without letting details slip. This is the core of the role.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to correspond professionally with vendors, internal teams, and partners, and document processes clearly.

Basic proficiency with data. This includes the ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to track progress, create simple reports, and use filters and basic formulas.
