A leading financial technology firm located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and enhance brand visibility for its E-Wallet. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing collaborations, and engaging the community to boost adoption and transaction volume. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and 3–5 years of experience in the Fintech space, you will work closely with product and operations teams to ensure effective campaign performance and ROI optimization.

The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving company E‑Wallet's marketing initiatives to expand user acquisition, strengthen partnerships, and enhance brand visibility. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, managing collaborations with merchants and business partners, and engaging the community to increase adoption and transaction volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive E‑Wallet user acquisition campaigns in line with management’s targets and strategic objectives.
  • Manage and execute marketing programs, promotions, and events to enhance brand awareness and product usage.
  • Support and execute B2C and B2B partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with company business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, and Finance) to ensure the effective rollout and performance tracking of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and digital campaigns in line with company’s branding.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Fintech, E‑Wallet, Payments or Financial Services industries.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, campaign execution, and partnership development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and result-oriented with strong execution capability.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
