Provide technical and application support to End User Computing products on deployment and parts replacement

Knowledge in maintenance services of computer network, PCs/notebooks, printer & peripherals

Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email

Directing & manage all operational aspects including customer service, human resources and administration

Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Requirements

Must have interests in IT

Comfortable in travelling around as on-site work at client's location is required.
