A leading real estate services firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for candidates. You will manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the real estate industry, and possesses strong communication skills. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on progress.
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to create and promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining communication and transparency.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Build and maintain a talent pool for critical roles to support future hiring needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CHRO, CHRM) is an added advantage.
Experience with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment campaigns.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficient in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and assess recruitment strategies.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance requirements.
