Job summary
A construction and development firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate to assist in commercial and contract matters throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with procedures, reviewing cost estimations, negotiating with stakeholders, and supporting contract administration. Ideal applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Survey and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. This position offers opportunities for mentorship and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a consultant or developer firm.
- Graduates from a recognized university are eligible.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for entry level positions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Commercial and Contract matters during the project life cycle.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Procedures.
- Review cost estimation and conduct comparative cost studies.
- Negotiate and collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Handle contract administration, disputes, and variations.
- Assist in Purchasing matters.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior staff.

To assist in review cost estimation, comparative cost studies, budget, expenditures, cost forecast and financial s‑curve.
To strategically negotiate, collaborate and liaise with all stakeholders.
To assist in contract administration and management including handling contract disputes, claims and variations.
To assist in Purchasing matters.
To assist in leading, mentoring and supervising junior staff.
Possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey.
Graduate from Recognized University.
With minimum 2 years of working experience in consultant firm / developer firm.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Team, Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for entry level.
