What you'll be doing

To assist in Commercial and Contract matters during whole project life cycle.

To ensure compliance with Standard of Procedures.

To assist in review cost estimation, comparative cost studies, budget, expenditures, cost forecast and financial s‑curve.

To strategically negotiate, collaborate and liaise with all stakeholders.

To assist in contract administration and management including handling contract disputes, claims and variations.

To assist in Purchasing matters.

To assist in leading, mentoring and supervising junior staff.

What we're looking for

Possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey.

Graduate from Recognized University.

With minimum 2 years of working experience in consultant firm / developer firm.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Team, Microsoft Project will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for entry level.

Position and remuneration will vary in accordance with each candidate’s experience and exposure.
