Grow company revenue by effectively managing key clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services.

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for both existing key accounts and new customers.

Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and conventions.

Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic sales plans to management.

Identify and promote new and emerging business opportunities, including the introduction of new product lines.

Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor pricing, product launches, distribution strategies, and industry developments.

Plan and participate in sales promotions, marketing campaigns, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in market development or entering new markets will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience in consumer durables, technology products, or building distribution networks is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet business and customer requirements.
  • Must Speak Mandarin due liaise with China Market/Business
