What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Build and manage strong partnerships with pharmacy chains to meet business objectives, uncover new opportunities, and boost brand visibility.
  • Sales & Distribution: Monitor sales performance, manage trade spend, and work with marketing teams to ensure product availability and maximize ROI.
  • Innovative Growth: Lead creative strategies for brand differentiation, support in-store activations, and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of competition.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Supervise 1–2 staff members, mentor your team, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns while acting as a bridge between accounts and internal teams.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Deliver monthly performance reports, analyze data to enhance strategies, and take ownership of sales targets with execution excellence.
What You’ll Bring
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience managing pharmacy chains (Watsons, Guardian) in FMCG.
  • Proven Expertise: Strong track record in handling key accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding distribution within the pharmacy retail sector.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
