Job description
Responsibilities

To support the Head of HR in developing and implementing people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen people metrics and performance management, foster employee engagement, align culture and promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Support and collaborate with team members and management in facilitating activities and programs to provide a high-performance, continuous improvement, engaging culture while providing day-to-day operational administration and support for the Human Resources (HR) function.

Administer and address all employee relations and industrial relations matters.

Involve in employee welfare, including but not limited to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility initiatives.

Implement key HR initiatives and programs, covering areas such as recruitment, onboarding, organizational development, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, retention, compliance and general personnel matters.

Enhance and facilitate individual or group sessions for training, onboard new hires, conduct exit interviews, explain compensation and benefit programs, supporting employee engagement activities and managing employee relations.

Identify and clarify issues, assist with policy and procedure interpretation, evaluating and implementing solutions.

Assist in guiding employees on addressing HR issues and concerns, while fostering strong working relationships and building credibility.

Maintain compliance with Environmental, Social & Corporate Governance (ESG) requirements and local employment laws, recommend best practices, and review policies and procedures to uphold compliance standards.

Performs any other HR assignments as and when necessary.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in Labor Law and all local HR practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
