1. Maintain and update the general ledger to ensure accurate and current financial data.
2. Record and review journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
3. Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5. Ensure financial reports comply with IFRS and MFRS standards.
6. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
8. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
9. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
10. Ensure records are compliant with legal requirements and accessible for audits.
11. Address daily financial issues, offering solutions and corrective actions.
12. Support employees with personal claims inquiries, providing guidance as needed.
13. Undertake additional duties as assigned.

1. A recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Big 4 audit experience preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and tax regulations.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication across all levels.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
8. Office located near LRT/KTM Station.
