Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in the retail industry or with AutoCount system will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries with accuracy.
• Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly closing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis.
• Process staff claims and supplier invoices on time.

Skills

Knowledge with full set accounts

Familiar with Malaysia's financial policies

Strong knowledge of accounting double entries

Good command of English

Mandarin proficiency

Experience in the retail industry

AutoCount system experience

Education

Handle daily accounting entries with accuracy.

Handle Full Set Account (AP, AR, GL, Petty cash & Bank Recon).

Manage general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, operating expenses, and monthly closing.

Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.

Process staff claims, supplier invoices, and operating expenses on time with accuracy.

Collaborate closely with the team to make numbers a driving force for the company’s growth.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other related
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge with full set accounts
• Familiar with Malaysia’s financial policies, accounting regulations, and related tax regulations
• Strong knowledge of accounting double entries
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• Experience in the retail industry or AutoCount system will be a plus
