Job summary

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified with Chartered Accountancy / Certified Public Accountancy / Certified Management Accountant.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in finance and accounting in a public listed company.
• Experience in reporting requirements for listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage IPO-related tasks, ensuring readiness for listing.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure timely submission of quarterly and annual reports.
