Job summary
A cosmetics company in Malaysia is looking for a skilled professional to manage key accounts and lead negotiations with major retailers like Guardian and Watsons. The role includes constructing Joint Business Plans, securing product orders, monitoring sales trends, and collaborating with marketing teams for effective promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of retail dynamics, making this position essential for driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts at Guardian and Watsons.
- Lead negotiations and listings.
- Construct annual Joint Business Plans.
- Secure purchase orders and expand product lines.
- Monitor stock and sell-out trends.
- Conduct weekly buyer calls and monthly reviews.
- Identify potential stores for growth.
- Collaborate with BA/promoters to improve sales.
- Plan promotional activities and align with marketing.
- Execute point-of-sale materials in-store.
- Analyze sell-out data weekly.
