What You’ll Be Doing:
Merchant Relationship & Performance Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic merchant partners
  • Understand merchant goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions and maximize ROI
  • Support onboarding, growth strategies, and post-acquisition partnership success
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive online and offline campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign planning, asset collection, execution, and performance tracking
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve merchant campaign performance
Business Growth & Problem Solving
  • Analyze merchant KPIs (GMV, conversion, transaction volume) to identify growth opportunities
  • Recommend solutions to expand Atome’s offerings and enhance merchant ROI
  • Resolve escalations efficiently and act as a strategic advisor to merchants
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Represent the merchant voice across teams, influencing marketing, operations, and product strategy
  • Share insights to inform campaign planning and product enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner Management, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or payments
  • Strong merchant- and customer-centric mindset with a focus on driving business growth
  • Proficiency in English required; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
