Job summary
A recruitment specialist firm is seeking an HR Specialist in England for a 3-month role focused on providing strategic HR support. The position involves advising on employee relations and ensuring policy compliance among other responsibilities. Candidates should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a strong background in HR within fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

- Experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, performance).
- Ensure HR policies are compliant and up to date.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and development plans.
- Work on HR projects such as engagement, D&I, and change initiatives.
- Analyse HR data for insights.
