The Role

As HR Director, you'll report directly to the CEO and shape the people strategy across the organisation. You'll lead culture, talent, HR operations, organisational design, and change initiatives—ensuring the business is equipped with the right people, structure, and capability to thrive. • Provide strategic HR leadership to the Executive Team.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or similar.
• A demonstrable track record of progressive HR leadership experience in a service / regulated industry sector.
• Strong strategic, board-level influence and communication skills.
• The confidence to act as an external representative of the organisation.
• Previous experience on a growth trajectory with a Private Equity-backed business.
