We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately and support our human resources initiatives, working directly into the COO/CPO.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR strategy.

You will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring that our HR policies and practices support business objectives and create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR administration including payroll coordination

  • Act as a strategic partner to management, contributing to organizational development.
