£32,000 12-Month Fixed Term 3 Days On-Site (Eastleigh)

Are you an experienced HR professional ready for your next challenge? We're excited to be supporting our client in recruiting a talented HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to join their high-performing HR Business Partnering team.

In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be the go-to contact for managers across the business providing high-quality advice, early-stage ER case support, and ensuring a seamless, customer-focused HR service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

HR Advisor - About the role
  • Acting as a key point of contact for managers across the organisation
  • Supporting the early stages of employee relations cases, ensuring accurate and timely guidance
  • Participating in sickness absence reviews and providing professional note‑taking support for formal meetings
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide day‑to‑day HR advice and identify development or training needs
  • Delivering accurate statistical reports and data to support HRBPs
  • Contributing to our client's mission of creating a great place to work
