About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic people initiatives. This role combines hands on HR management with strategic planning to ensure compliance, drive engagement, and support business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR contact for all departments and senior leadership, attending management meetings and reporting directly to the General Manager and Area Director of HR.
  • Deliver monthly HR presentations and analytics, including organisational charts, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on headcount and salary alignment, ensuring workforce planning supports operational and financial goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring smooth integration and cultural alignment.
  • Manage payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and compliance with employment law and brand standards.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Support talent development through succession planning, internal promotions, and training initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and wellbeing programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage immigration processes, including Skilled Worker visa sponsorships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, apprenticeships, and partnerships to build talent pipelines.
  • Lead community and inclusion initiatives, working with local councils and schools.
