Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - 25,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist team placing Engineering professionals into permanent roles. You don't need prior recruitment experience - just at least 1 year of proven sales success, plenty of ambition, and the confidence to build strong relationships.

• Building relationships with clients across the Engineering sector
• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates for permanent roles
• Managing the full recruitment cycle - from initial contact through to offer stage
• Working towards targets

• Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry - telesales, retail, B2B, etc.)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A results driven attitude with resilience and ambition
• Eagerness to learn and develop into a specialist Recruitment Consultant

• Full training and ongoing mentorship from experienced recruiters (Nearly 40 years of combined experience in the Engineering Permanent team alone!)
• 25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (earnings limited only by you)
