We\'re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.

• Flexibility: Work is offered on a freelance basis and appointment invitations can be accepted or rejected as you see fit.
• Nationwide presence: Viewber operates across the UK. You will be asked for the maximum number of miles you\'re comfortable travelling, and appointments will be offered within that radius.

• £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms.

• Create Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties across the UK as part of ad hoc freelance work.

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A valid Assessor ID
