Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role that combines project work with day-to-day HR operations? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting January 2026.

Job Description
  • Deliver a high-quality HR service, supporting both BAU and project activities.
  • Manage HR administration and maintain accurate system input.
  • Support recruitment processes, including offers, contracts, and terms & conditions.
  • Provide strong Employee Relations (ER) support, including restructures and redundancies.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience with iTrent or a strong HR systems background.
  • Solid ER experience, including handling complex cases.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
