As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to businesses across the UK. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, while also managing and converting warm leads provided to you.
Location: Nelson (5 days office based)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
• Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
• Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
• Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
• Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
• Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

• Have experience in sales or business development (B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential)

• Can build and manage client relationships professionally and effectively

• Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow
