A leading furniture retailer in the UK is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager for its Swindon Processing Centre. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing warehouse staff to maintain high standards of service. You will be responsible for operational efficiency, motivate your team, and manage resources effectively. We have an opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to work in our Swindon Clearance Processing Centre in Europa Industrial Park. The role is 5 days a week, Monday till Friday working from 7:45am until 4:15pm. The role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and you’ll be managing the activity within the Clearance Processing Centre, to deliver a professional, cost effective and customer focused storage and distribution solution. Ensuring all Health & Safety, standard operating procedures and compliance measures are met and the warehouse is operating at maximum efficiency. The Warehouse Operations Manager will continuously review ways of working, identifying and implementing improvements. Responsible for delegating tasks to their colleagues and setting targets and goals to keep the operation on track. Creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all warehouse colleagues. Managing, motivating and inspiring all warehouse colleagues.
