Location : Elland, West Yorkshire

Contract : Maternity Cover (Full-Time, Fixed-Term)

Reporting to : Group Directors

Our Client

Our client is a successful group made up of several companies, each providing industry‑leading products and services within their sectors. With a strong focus on design, innovation, and quality, the Group continues to expand its presence across B2B and B2C markets.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our multi‑brand marketing team during maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established department, manage a talented team, and deliver key campaigns and events across multiple brands.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the strategic direction, coordination, and execution of all marketing activities across the Group. Working closely with the Social Media Executive, Digital Manager and Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will ensure projects stay on schedule, campaigns align with brand goals, and communications remain consistent.

• Manage and support the marketing team.
• Maintain clear communication and workflow, ensuring deadlines are met across all brands.
• Foster collaboration across departments and encourage creative input.

• Ensure all marketing activity supports commercial objectives.
• Oversee brand strategy and consistency across six divisions.
• Plan and coordinate campaign activity, new product launches and seasonal content working closely with group directors.

• Approve content created by the wider team — social, web, email, and print.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, including website launches, PR activity, and event promotion.
• Work with the Digital Manager on performance marketing and reporting.
• Liaise with senior management to update on progress, results, and opportunities.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Coordinate with the Group Directors and heads of each business unit.
• Manage external agencies, print suppliers, and media partners when required.

• Proven marketing management or senior coordinator experience (B2B & B2C).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Confident leading a small creative and digital team.
• Ability to maintain a calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure.

• Experience working within multi‑brand or group marketing environments.
• Familiarity with the interiors, renewables, or construction sectors.

• Hands‑on experience managing multiple premium brands.
