A leading logistics company is seeking a TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER based from their Midlands Head Office. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies across the UK. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in domestic transport sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. A salary of £40,000 plus bonuses and benefits such as a company car and pension are offered.

We have an exciting opportunity for a UK TRANSPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join an organisation with an excellent reputation promoting their National Transport services. Covering a national territory the role will be based from the Midlands UK Head Office and is offering a salary of £40,000 basic + Fully expensed company car, laptop, mobile, pension, bonus etc.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of working in UK DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, sourcing leads, liaising with prospective customers, arranging and attending sales meetings, discussing their current transport levels & offering transport solutions, negotiating to gain new business. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present integrated supply chain solutions that meet customer needs.
Work with Operations, Fleet Management, Planning, Warehousing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of new accounts.
