A restaurant group in Greater London is seeking a Head of Learning & Development to shape and lead their learning strategy. The Ivy Collection is a group of 63 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, including Ivy Brasseries, Ivy Asia, Harry’s Restaurants, Brasserie of Light and the original Ivy West Street (established in 1917).

We have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Learning & Development to shape and lead the learning strategy as the Ivy brand continues to grow and expand.
Purpose of the role:
The Head of Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the learning and development strategy across the organisation. This leadership role focuses on enhancing employee performance, fostering professional growth, and building capabilities to achieve organisational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for L&D and the ability to develop a strategy to support current and future needs of the business as we continue to grow and expand the business. With excellent leadership skills, experience of operational L&D, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for developing a culture of continuous learning, the Head of L&D will be a key leadership role within our People team.
