Are you a dynamic and experienced Project / Programme Manager / Change Delivery Lead? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their team as a Change Delivery Lead.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Project Management, change management, business analysis, and communication to lead business-wide change initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to address various business challenges. Your communication and coordination skills will ensure effective collaboration between delivery teams and stakeholders.
You will adapt your methodology to different scenarios, challenge and stress test plans, scopes, and approaches to ensure preparedness for obstacles.
This assignment involves working within the Data team, managing incoming requests from other teams, and handling all BAU work from the business. Your goal is to improve the responsiveness of the Data service, reduce friction for Outcome Teams, and enable quicker delivery.
Strong communication, influencing skills, and emotional intelligence are essential. Experience with data, especially batch data, and familiarity with Financial Services / Banking will be highly valued.
