Head of Client Onboarding & Change - Pensions Administration
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Onboarding & Change to lead and develop our client onboarding and change experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions of new business into efficient operations, aligning with client priorities and strategic plans. The position will also oversee administration changes within strategic pensions projects for clients.
Ideal Candidate: The candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional project management skills, a compelling communication style, and a deep understanding of the pensions administration industry.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions into Business as Usual Pensions Administration and Strategic Pensions Projects.
- Develop and implement onboarding frameworks to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful onboarding.
Change Management:- Manage client changes across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with specialist pensions projects teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks during onboarding and client changes.
- Utilize feedback and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Commercial Focus:- Ensure onboarding processes are cost-effective and high-quality.
- Contribute to change proposals and manage delivery.
- Align onboarding with business development and operational strategies.
- Implement performance metrics to evaluate success.
Strategic Pensions Projects:- Facilitate client transition to strategic pensions services.
- Identify opportunities during onboarding for strategic projects.
- Coordinate with consulting teams for planning changes.
Leadership & Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and develop the onboarding and change management team.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement:- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the head of function during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior management experience in client onboarding and change management within pensions or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen and process development experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
