A leading finance systems resource partner in the UK is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager for a 3-6 month contract. The role involves leading change management activities during implementation of SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in business process reengineering, especially in manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing change management plans, stakeholder communication, and training coordination.
£450 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)
SystemsAccountants are working on behalf of our client implementing SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud to source an experienced Change Manager with in-depth expertise in business process reengineering and optimisation in the context of SAP implementations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving SAP change management initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions to SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud.
The Change Manager will be joining mid-way through the implementation during the cutover from current systems to the new SAP environment, focusing on ensuring effective end‑user adoption and the successful embedding of SAP S / 4HANA.
