Job description
Location: Z&Z Intimates Limited, CEPZ, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor liquidity position and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
- Debtors' follow‑up for timely fund collection.
- Work closely with the commercial department on required documentation for fund realizations.
- Maintain the loan schedule and ensure timely interest & capital repayments.
- Handle issuance and amendment of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) related fund requirements.
- Opened & accepted LC liability reconciliations.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for smooth operations.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to treasury activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Support in forex management and investment decisions.
- Other management reports as required.
