We’re looking for an experienced and driven Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business in France.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the expansion of our business within the country, managing the B2B sales team, developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies, and securing significant deals.

About The Role
As Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business, you’ll drive the team's sales success. You’ll ensure the team meets its targets, identify new growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and closely monitor market trends and changes that may impact the business. Additionally, you will manage and optimise the existing portfolio, focusing on increasing value through upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer retention strategies.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Managing key connections, relationships, and networks in your market, and building strong customer relationships with major clients and officials.
- Managing the sales pipeline of major companies and opportunities, and providing regular updates to the management team.
- Negotiating and closing deals with major corporations, leading enterprise deals, and driving market success.
- Steering the go-to-market strategy, setting KPIs, planning task allocation, and defining team and market objectives.
- Providing market feedback to the Product team to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitoring emerging markets, identifying new opportunities, and responding to market shifts promptly.
About you:
- You hold a degree and have at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with expertise in selling business services to SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients, and a successful record in targeting and closing deals.
- You have managed a sales team for at least 4 years and possess leadership qualities to motivate and mentor your team.
- You have successfully negotiated enterprise deals, preferably selling services to large businesses.
- You excel in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets, especially in high-growth sectors like shared economy, technology, transport, and startups.
- You are a CRM expert (preferably Salesforce), capable of analyzing data to optimize team activities and make strategic decisions.
- You can communicate effectively in English and French, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
