We are looking for a new colleague for the Group Head of Strategic Accounts.
As a Group Head of Strategic Accounts, you will work closely with regional Business Information leaders to develop and implement effective go-to-market approaches for Global Strategic Accounts teams worldwide.
Accountabilities :
- Ensure a scalable and repeatable Strategic Accounts sales process to support business growth in key markets globally.
- Collaborate with regional teams to design organizational structures aligned with target markets and solutions.
- Develop strategies to optimize go-to-market approaches for Strategic Accounts sales teams.
- Identify and industrialize best practices globally, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Implement new ideas and approaches to drive Strategic Accounts growth.
- Devise and implement measures to minimize revenue risk and leakage in the Strategic Accounts segment.
- Evaluate and enhance touchpoint structures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster cultural alignment across diverse regions to ensure a cohesive approach to Strategic Accounts strategies.
- Develop and communicate career paths to incentivize positive sales activities within the Strategic Accounts segment.
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidate will have a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams in a SaaS or Service B2B environment within the Strategic Accounts segment.
- Experience leading a fast-paced, high-growth company and working in an ambiguous international and ideally matrixed environment.
- 10 years of experience in a similar strategic role, ideally within information sales, credit insurance, fintech, marketplaces, or data organizations.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or equivalent.
