About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Consumer Goods Business Unit to lead the Consumer Tissue category in South-West Europe (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal). You will report to the Marketing Director, Consumer Goods EMEA South-West.

The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for the region, managing a team of 8 across different countries, and leading new product launches. We value innovative, proactive individuals who embody our core values and are eager to challenge and influence the business.

What You Will Do
  • Contribute to local development of brands, products, and channels, including new product development and innovation.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with global and regional strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Adapt marketing communication materials for local markets.
  • Lead and develop your team and manage product launches within budget and timeline.
  • Ensure accurate logistics forecasting and participate in the S&OP process.
  • Create promotions and support materials in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Gather and share market, brand, and product insights across the organization.
Who You Are
  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years of brand marketing experience in international FMCG companies, managing multiple brands or geographies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including remote teams.
  • Experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing or Sales is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages, especially Italian and Spanish, are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating with product development teams.
  • Innovative, collaborative, and courageous with strategic thinking skills.
