Purpose of the role: Working with the Senior Managers and Executive Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the security team on a particular shift.
You will execute all safety and security tasks and initiatives, in line with legislation and Cape Grace policies, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
Levels of accountability: Reports directly to the Security Manager. Lead the Security Team by fostering teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
Train team members in line with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
