Shift Brewing Team Lead: Safety, Quality & Excellence
Job summary
A beverage manufacturing company in South Africa is looking for a Brewing Team Leader to manage a shift-based team and execute the Brewing plan. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a production environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and hold a qualification in Engineering or Microbiology. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and nights while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Excellent computer skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment.
- Strong leadership potential required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and nightshift as scheduled.
- Attention to detail with industrial equipment familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead a shift-based team in executing the Brewing plan safely.
- Optimize shift performance and manage cost targets.
- Drive safety observations and manage maintenance processes.
