Job summary
A security service provider is seeking a Guarding Area Supervisor in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for ensuring shifts are covered, maintaining discipline on sites, and managing incident responses. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of supervisory experience, a PSIRA registration, and a valid driver's license. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential. This role emphasizes client interaction and operational management in securing client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience.
- PSIRA registered (Grade A) required.
- Valid Drivers Licence with prdp needed.
- No Criminal Record required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all shifts are covered daily.
- Maintain discipline on all sites.
- Meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client.
- Manage response and investigation of incidents on all sites.
- Liaise daily with Area Manager on operational issues.
