They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at their Alrode Sales Branch . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with solid warehouse and logistics experience, strong leadership ability, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Supervise all aspects of stock control —receiving, storage, dispatching—while minimizing damages and losses.

Lead cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.

Oversee logistics planning to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries .

Keep accurate, real-time records on the warehouse management system.

Ensure warehouse equipment, infrastructure, and fleet are in good condition.

Lead, train, and support a high-performing warehouse team focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a post-matric qualification is advantageous.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, and inventory control.

Proven leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Own vehicle and valid drivers license

Flexible to work extended hours or shifts based on operational needs.
