We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to oversee human resource management functions.The role includes payroll, employee relations, training, wellness, and leave administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes in line with SARS and public sector requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee leave records and HR files.
• Coordinate employee health and wellness programs.
• Design and implement training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
• Support recruitment and onboarding
  
  

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably in public sector environments.
• Sound understanding of labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, etc.).
• Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Sage, VIP).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
