Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and records in Apples internal systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve basic account and service-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and elevate complex issues to relevant teams.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Provide feedback to help enhance workflows, tools, and customer support protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
