A regional human resources firm is looking for an Automotive Regional HR Manager in Pretoria to manage the HR department's budget, coordinate staff training, and ensure compliance with HR policies, particularly regarding legal standards.   • Responsible for compiling the HR department budget according to HR standards.
  • Conduct research and develop HR functionality plans.
  • Co-ordinate Training and development of staff.
  • Ensure legal compliance on personnel function with special attention to POPIA.

    • Knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other relevant legislation.
    • Human Resources and Payroll Administration & Information Systems.
    • Sound and extensive knowledge of Human resource management

Duties:

  • Responsible for compiling the HR department budget according to HR standards
  • Conduct research and develop short- and medium-term plans for the region’s HR functionality
  • Co-ordinate Training and development of staff
  • developing and maintaining HR policies and internal procedures & processes
  • Ensure legal compliance on all aspects of the personnel function with special attention to POPIA.
    • Participate in strategy setting and specific HR Focused Projects
  • Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data processing procedures
