Job summary
A logistics company is seeking a committed Warehouse Operations Supervisor to enhance warehouse efficiency in Gauteng, South Africa. The successful candidate will manage a team while ensuring stock accuracy and timely order fulfilment. With at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting and a preferred degree in logistics or supply chain management, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and maintaining high standards.

- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including logistics, stock control, order picking, and shipments.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movements.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Implement efficient warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels.

Summary: As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at MCE Electric, you will lead and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring stock accuracy, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to safety standards. You'll manage a team of warehouse staff, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
- Daily Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including logistics, stock control, order picking, and shipments.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movements.
