- Develop and update training materials and digital learning resources.

- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and digital learning resources.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to employees.
- Experience in training, induction, or workforce development, preferably in electrical, trade, or construction environments.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and health & safety compliance.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or equivalent.
- Background as an electrician, electrical technician, or similar trade.
