A leading player in the power and electrical sector seeks an experienced Country Manager for South Africa. This role involves leading end-to-end customer lifecycle management and driving market development. The ideal candidate will execute sales strategies, identify potential customers, and maintain long-term partnerships while acting as a bridge between the overseas market and headquarters. A strong focus on successful business delivery and customer satisfaction is essential.
Responsabilités
- Identify potential customers in the South Africa region and develop targeted acquisition strategies to convert new clients.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with key customers through regular communication, business reviews, and problem-solving to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Translate company-wide sales goals into regional market and product priorities.
- Implement sales strategies, lead order negotiations, and secure contract signings to achieve revenue targets.
