Multi-National Logistic services industry company is looking for three Regional HR Managers to join their fast-paced growing industry.
This is a full-time on-site role for 3 Regional Human Resources Managers.
They are recruiting for 3 positions which will be based in Cape Town, Durban and Bloemfontein.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire human resource function for the region. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and compliance, industrial relations and dispute resolution. The position will also be an advisor to Managers and Employees on all employee-related matters and will partner with the relevant Regional Managers to drive performance, sound employee relations and employee engagement within the region. The Regional HR Manager will also play a key role in fostering and driving a positive work culture aligned to the company values and behaviours. The position will report to the Group HR Manager.
