A prestigious independent school in Gauteng is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage its HR function. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in an educational environment, and will be responsible for developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. The role emphasizes ethical leadership and a commitment to inclusivity.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff wellbeing.
- Support leadership teams with workforce planning and organisational development.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and uphold best HR practices.
- Champion transformation, diversity, and inclusion across the College.
- Manage HR systems, records, and reporting.
- Facilitate professional development and training initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on HR matters.
