Job summary

A leading travel agency in South Africa seeks a Journey Specialist to effectively manage the booking confirmation process and deliver exceptional service to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 4-5 years in customer relationship management, with a good understanding of Southern and East Africa. Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and proficiency with booking systems like TourPlan and WETU are essential. A passion for wildlife and sustainability is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Matric certificate with maths as a minimum.
  • Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism/hospitality is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of senior experience in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage booking confirmation process on Wilderness Window.
  • Communicate effectively with Ops specialist.
  • Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders through service.
