Job summary

A well-established national organisation in the sales and merchandising sector is seeking a dynamic, experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a large workforce in South Africa. The role includes overseeing HR operations, managing complex IR matters, and ensuring compliance with labour legislation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and at least 3 years in an HR leadership role. The salary package is R50,000 to R58,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR role.
• Experience managing large workforces (1,000+ employees).
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation.
• Advanced IR knowledge and experience handling complex cases.
