An opportunity is available for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple countries in Southern Africa. Based in Johannesburg, this role reports directly into Europe and plays a key role in driving financial performance.

Key Requirements:

• 3 + years’ experience in financial management at a senior level, overseeing multiple operations
• Strong background in manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience with financial ERP systems and high-budget businesses
• Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with Operational & Commercial Directors
• Manage capex, investments, and financing models
