Job description
Legal Cost Consultant job vacancy inMenlo Park, Pretoria.
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional and well presentable Afrikaans speaking female
- Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney a must
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters a must
- Fully independently functional
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Non smoker
- Stable employment record and contactable references
- To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters (Litigation and Third Party Claims)
- Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs
- Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs
- Attend to taxation and opposes taxations
- Calculation of legal fees
Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 gross per month (Depending on experience).
