Matric
Min 5 years' experience with Inbound Group bookings
Detailed Logistical Destination Knowledge of Southern Africa Destinations
Wide variety of product knowledge across borders
Fully Bilingual – English and Afrikaans
Skills :
Strong sense of urgency and accuracy
Natural inquisitive nature

Roles and Responsibilities :
Have good product knowledge and excellent geographical knowledge of Southern Africa.
Good communication – internal and external with agents.
Multitasking, being able to handle pressure and volume.
Skilled in designing detailed quotes for itinerary requests and revised quotes.
Preparing WETU Proposals when necessary.
High conversion rates and reaching targets is essential.
Quick turn-around times.
Request rates, and negotiate on rates, where and when possible or required.
Ensure rates are sent to the contract / systems team to load onto NX.
Use preferred suppliers as per company policy.
Be available to attend site inspections / fam trips, and educational or networking events.
Operate all segments of tours within the set budget.
Excellent time management and very good prioritizing ability.
Important to plan carefully to meet deadlines.
Create and manage provisional bookings for all suppliers.
Be responsible for all aspects of the tours being run such as transport, accommodation, restaurants, etc.
Consultant must make sure agent's information and tour information correspond.
