Senior Legal Cost Consultant required in Menlo Park, Pretoria.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional and well presentable Afrikaans speaking female
• Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney a must
• Minimum 10 years recent experience in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters a must
• Fully independently functional
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Non smoker
• Stable employment record and contactable references
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters (Litigation and Third Party Claims)
• Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs
• Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs
• Attend to taxation and opposes taxations
• Calculation of legal fees

Salary: R40 000 – R60 000 gross per month (Depending on experience).
