A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Manager, HR Business Support to oversee HR operations and compliance. This role includes managing the employee lifecycle, providing HR advisory, and leading HR projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of local employment laws, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Human Resource Management is required. This position offers an opportunity to enhance HR efficiency and employee engagement.
The Manager, HR Business Support is responsible for managing end-to-end HR administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies. This role serves as a key liaison between regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving HR efficiency. The incumbent will provide HR advisory services, manage reporting and analytics, and lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through process improvements and engagement programs.
Oversee HR Operations & Compliance – Ensure all HR administrative processes comply with statutory regulations (e.g., MOM, PLRD) and internal policies, acting as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
Manage Employee Lifecycle – Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll-related queries, and work injury claim administration to ensure smooth transitions.
Provide HR Advisory & Support – Offer guidance to business units on HR policies and best practices, and assist employees with training and external course applications.
Prepare Reports & Analytics – Maintain monthly HR reports, manpower statistics, and ad hoc data for management review; identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Drive Projects & Engagement Initiatives – Lead HR projects, system enhancements, and policy reviews; coordinate staff engagement activities and recognition programs such as EXSA and Long Service Awards.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance; proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
